Looking Into a Customer Loyalty Program

I have been working on getting my business open when I happened to run across some information concerning a program that I could use that would be beneficial to not only the business, but to the customers I was hoping to attract. I have been looking into a Customer Loyalty Program to see how I can best utilize one in my current business model. It has been interesting to see how others have used the program to benefit their different businesses.
